Parkshore Homeowners' Association Covenants require that all mailboxes be uniformed and in good repair.
All mailboxes must be: - Saxony style with 6x6 cedar post with paper holder from Cedar Craft Products - Stained with Maxum semitransparent #716 from Creative Paints - Black numerals on both sides - standard size and style - In good repair, no broken pieces or large gouges/chips
Contact a trustee if you need some stain. We have quarts which can usually do 2 mailboxes. Share with a neighbor.
